i think this sketch is about a year old or more... i decided i would tweak the colors a bit.

Jedi Squad

The last topic at Omegasketch was Jedi... I decided to do some prequel characters, cuz they're so weird.

Process Post- Watercolor

Digi Rough...using this for reference on values and palette.
Im working on a 20~x30~ coldpress watercolor board...really great texture and feels great working on... The most interesting thing about this project was the process. The inks were transferred onto the board via Giclee print, and it reproduced beautifully. I took these pics with my digital camera and some of them came out really yellow. I'll try to get a scan of the final to post up.

Process Post-INKS

pencils... done on 8.5x11 printer paper, cuz I'm cheap...
printed out the pencils in Cyan, then inks, on 2 ply bristol i think... inked with a sable watercolour brush. Love the feel of this brush.
here are the final inks with the blue removed... coming up next will be the watercolors!

my latest Omegasketch upload. I wish they could make a Moon Knight movie...but it would have to be based on the Moench/Sienkewicz stories. I wonder what actor would best fit Moon Knight and all his different personalities. Sounds like a difficult roll.

Czechmate

The signing of Vokoun was unexpected, but I gotta say, this is really looking good! The tandem of Vokoun and Neuvirth has got to be one of the strongest in the east, and holtby as a 3rd makes for some great depth. This is looking to be a successful offseason so far. so, what next? all digi btw...PS CS3
